The registration for OSUN courses offered in Summer 2024 will start on April 8.

If you are interested in taking an OSUN course in Summer 2024, please get acquainted with the following eligibility criteria, as well as general information and rules you have to follow before you start the registration process.

Eligibility criteria:

• Full-time students;
• Sophomore (current freshmen can apply), junior, and senior years of study;
• Cumulative GPA: 3.0 (minimum);
• 鈥淐+鈥� grade or higher for听both听FYS I听and听II;
• Fulfilling prerequisite requirements, if any.

General information and rules:

• All听courses听are offered online.
• All听courses听are in the local time of the university offering a听course, so students need to check with Bishkek time.听
• Since space for each听course听is limited, seats will be offered on a first come first served basis.
• Since space for each course is limited, students are allowed to take up to 6 ECTS (AUCA) credits of OSUN courses. Those with special circumstances are invited to write to registrar@auca.kg to request permission to enroll in more than one course.
• It is each student's responsibility to receive approval of their advisor to take an OSUN course of their interest and ensure it covers the necessary graduation requirement for them.听听
• Submitting a course application on the OSUN portal implies that a student received advisor approval to take that course.
• Students taking Summer 2024 OSUN courses will be allowed to take up to 18 credits 鈥� this includes both 半糖直播appand OSUN course credits.
• Students who applied for multiple Summer 2024 OSUN courses and exceeded the maximum allowed OSUN credits (6 ECTS) will be required to choose only one OSUN course. The applications for the rest of the courses will be withdrawn.
• All听courses听are free and no separate payment is required as long as students鈥櫶齮otal听summer听load for听半糖直播appand OSUN听courses does not exceed 18 credits.
• Students will receive grades for听courses. The听grade received for the听OSUN听course听will affect overall GPA.
• Students no longer have to transfer OSUN courses into 半糖直播appby submitting the transfer form. OSUN courses will be added to each student's 半糖直播apptranscript manually by the Registrar's Office after the end of the add-drop period in June 2024. Grades for courses will be added based on official transcripts that 半糖直播appwill receive from the OSUN course host institution.听
